Programs designed to teach the fundamentals of training through improving athletic capacities in a periodized manner.

3 step process

The first step in training with us is scheduling a training assessment with our team. The initial phase of our training process involves setting up a personalized 1-on-1 evaluation with one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. This assessment serves as an opportunity for us to build a comprehensive understanding of the athlete, allowing us to identify and design a program that’s customized to their specific requirements.
The Evaluation extends beyond mere measurements. They provide an opportunity for our coaches to understand the athlete on a deep level, explain our approach, set expectations, and give the athlete a chance to get to know us and our training system.

Following the evaluation, our coaches will create a personalized 3-week strength and conditioning program that matches the athlete’s training age, experience, and training objectives. From our Silver to Platinum Package, we will assess your off and in-season schedules to make sure you can train and compete at a high level.

It is time for you to train! Remember to schedule in your sessions via our training dashboard / app. This will give you autonomy when during the week you’d like to train. Every time you step into GCP, you will be coached well and hard throughout your training program. #RaiseTheStandard

Adult Strength & Conditioning

Health Drives Performance. This is the base of our training system. Adult Strength & Conditioning is a semi-private coaching service backed by science and results driven. Experienced coaching, personalized program adaptations, intelligent program design, and monitored advancements are integral to our approach. These sessions will be conducted in a group class format, promoting teamwork and fostering a sense of camaraderie within the GCP Family.
